Be honest, would you buy GTA6 for $100?

There’s not a huge difference between 70 - 100 for a premium product (if it is a premium product or you see it that way)

A dinner at Applebees for 2 costs you $50, a dinner at a slightly better restaurant might cost you $80. It’s really not a big difference.

MFs act like they won’t spend the bread but most of the gaming industry is spending hundreds of dollars on VC, MUT cards, and everything else

we all know if you don't buy it for 100 on day 1. How much are you likely to save if you wait 6 months to buy it? Lol. I'm sure some people will cave in and buy it day 1 because of all the hype

Unfortunately this wasn't the case with GTA 5. The game kept is retail price for about 3 years after release. IIRC

But I'm not buying it for $100. Story wise 5 was kinda meh. Online was where people had their fun

.I can understand that. I agree 100 for a game that has a yearly release would definitely be too much

100 for a game that may not have it's next release until 2076 is a decent price. It's not like they gonna discount it 50% anytime soon after the release anyway lol. for me it's no different since I'm already paying 100 for my games anyway

I could see myself waiting a couple of months but if the price is still 100 bucks because everyone is still buying it I would probably cave in anyways

Other games costing 100 would be stupid and exactly the type of thing studios would do and then get a bomb in their hands for no good reason .

Never even paid $60 for 5 and didn't buy it until several years after it came out. Only way I'm paying anything close to $100 for 6 is if the Online has good game modes like Cops n Crooks in 4.

Nope. In the past 15 yrs I've paid full price for three games. Mass Effect 2, Arkham City & Spider-Man 2. With my backlog I can wait for a sale.
