Can you cheat on someone and still love them?

Have you ever forgiven someone for cheating, do you think you could?


I don't have it in me to forgive like that. Only thing is I don't know how much damage I'd be capable of causing on my way out....a clean break and just move on or actively seek to scar him physically, financially or emotionally...

As far I know nobody has ever cheated on me. But it is a deal breaker.

I forgave. I did.
But even with that, he continued to do it. Cried, talked me into staying & working it out, cried some more but just wouldn't stop. But with that, I learned not to do that again because it's like when you forgive, they now have no fear of losing you. Once you lost that, they'll do anything with the thought in mind that you won't leave.

I forgave & stayed. 10 months later is when I finally called it quits. He wouldn't change, I miscarried with all the stress of "working it out," financially struggled, been verbally & mentally abused by him..... And this was my husband.

I feel free now.

I just know now to forgive but to still leave. Never take back a repeated offender.

Every single man that I've known that's cheated and had a partner that stayed continued to cheat. They even got sloppier after the gf/wife stayed because it showed them that she's weak and will stay no matter what they do. From that I've learned that staying with a man after he cheats on you is stupid. I do not forgive. I've left men for less and I won't hesitate to leave a cheater. I won't even attempt to work it out. There is no chance of us getting back together in the future, we can't even be friends.

And don't believe anybody who says they can love u while betraying u, risking ur life, and lying to u everyday of ur life.

Love is based in action. And it's a constant selfless investment in someone else's wellbeing. Once u even begin to plan to lie to cheat u shyttn on the person u claim to care about. That ain't love. In those moments let's be real, they don't give a damn about loving who they supposed to be with. U cannot love and actively cheat on somebody. It's like saying u can lie while telling the truth at the same time.

A man who loves and respects you would never put your life on the line by cheating. Yes, cheating is putting your life on the line because he can contract and bring you diseases that affect your health.

Thankfully the Coli isn't real life and there are plenty of respectable men and women who would never do things like this to someone they say they love.

These same men who find it OK to cheat will be the same ones ready to commit murder when they find out their woman did the same. Or worse, the child isn't theirs.
