I know how cs works. The child support payer pays based on how much they make. That is why everyone in the same state does not pay the same price. If they see he's left with 0 every month, he will get it lowered. It may take a while, but it will happen.

And no you don't know how Child support works. If a man makes 75k a year and loses his job what he pays monthly doesn't just change, you have to file a petition for modification and then a hearing date will be set which could take MONTHS. And even after that you have to provide so much info and its up to the judge if he decides to change the order. If the judge doesn't well your SOL. Plus a man can owe retroactive child support, ala the kid is 3 years old and he's been paying child support for those 3 years, but the woman goes to court dude has no rpoof hes been paying the three years and suddenly the backpay and the current pay is being garnished monthly

If you got a second job would they take some of that or do your payments stay the same? Also how are you supposed to pay rent or food? Would a person living off that be eligible for food stamps?

i worked at a family law courthouse for a good part of my life, you just can't change support deductions like that, it takes awhile.
The worst thing that can happen to a man is child support and garnished wages. 18 long years breh, the more money tou make the more they take. I see simps and manginas in this thread he should have wrapped it up etc. for all we know dude was married and his wife filed for divorce like 75% of women who initiate those proceedings.

child support is a billion dollar industry and feeds the coffers of lawyers, communities and females all across north america

Yup.........If a woman truly loves a man and holds nothing against him they can work something out outside of court. There are a lot of women that get pregnant by unworthy men and then their surprised that he is a deadbeat, take him to court and eat up the wages. . There are some women that divorce the man and take him to court out of being vindictive. Don't get me wrong, I do believe that a man should support his child but to the point where he is basically homeless is ridiculous. You know what's more sad? A lot of those men don't even get to see their kids.
its better to go to court, or at the worst a signed documentation with a lawyer.
Many men get screwed because they say pay like 400 a month then may miss a payment or two and the broad goes to court and suddenly thers no proof theyve been paying 400 a month for like 3 years and then the court orders retroactive child support as well as current.
yes the more you make the more they take, unless your getting paid in cash and its untraceable.
and how? the court doesnt care, thats why men all across north america are rotting in jail for unpaid child support, or missed payments.

You make a good point. Something similar like that happened to my father. He was giving more than enough to the mother and wanted to be there for his daughter (my half sister. He was in his early/mid 20's). He found out she was spending all of the money on clothes, clubbing, hair, nails, and etc. He decided to take it to court and she told him that if he did she would tell the court that he is sexually molesting his daughter (not true).
I know some cases where both parties do manage to handle it outside of court, but yes there are vindictive women that will say you never paid anything (my half sisters mother did that).
How is that selfish? Hell I'm 31 with 1 kid and I just got a vasectomy a few weeks agoAND THEY CALL ME SELFISH FOR NOT WANTING KIDS?!?!?Exhibit A brehs and brehettes...

@Brooklynzson @cook How do you pick the mods and what are the rules for them? Some of the mods have been abusing their mod abilities. & can you fix the ignore function so that I am able to put mods on ignore?
& btw you guys, this mod started an argument in here and derailed this thread. He should be punished.
