It's probably because they are homeless. I heard some nypd officers awhile ago talking about they hate touching and dealing with the homeless because of the stench and what they might have. The only thing I could think was get a fukking new job then. Your job deals with the homeless and I honestly don't care if you don't like dealing with them. You can't put a human being in something like that. It's not humane.

@VelourSocks They could just as easily have used latex gloves if that was a major concern. This behavior is NOT ok and it is NO WAY the homeless guys fault. I don't care if he had shyt all on his forearms and calves, YOU ARE A fukkING OFFICER OF THE PUBLIC and my taxpayer dollars are paying your families bills. You will wash him off and or pick him the fukk up!!! Not in some coffin! The police in this some country all on some shyt. The NYPD recently hit a guy in a crosswalk and said it was HIS fault
