I think being an MLB player would be a good medium. Can still live a mostly normal life and only real fans would ever spot you. I doubt people would recognize Vlad Jr or Jose Ramirez walking out in public.

I saw Dustin Pedroia at a breakfast spot with his family before and he looked like just a regular dude. AL MVP, RotY, World Series winner and nobody was sweating him at all.
