Am I the only one time who ****sometimes**** feels depressed after extended physical activity? I once went on a long miles long walk and once I was finished overwhelming feeling of sadness came over me, IDK why.

I’m the opposite.
I feel great and happy after a workout!!!

But walking is not an active physical activity
Just do something more active, not passive

Your brain has its own separate metabolism that has to be nourished. Thinking isn’t an energy-less process. Neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and adrenaline that manage our mood are large macromolecules that require a lot of energy to produce. When your body is depleted of energy, you rest. When the brain is depleted it keeps on on running, and all of those negative thoughts that you normally dismiss just go ham.

People who who operate on a high wavelength struggle with a lot cause of things cause of a malnourished brain.

I use to have anxiety attacks real bad until I learned this, and started learning more about it. Ive been training myself to get something to eat or drink instead of dwelling on whatever I’m thinking.

Sometimes I just admit I’m feeling down like that I just take the day off. I know it’s just a mood and it will go away.

I take that all-in-one vitamin that has just about everything. I also take a separate biotin vitamin.

Doctor told me last year that I was vitamin D deficient. She gave me some vitamins to take and those shyts barely worked. :yeshrug:

I'm on anti depressants and my Vit D is at 33.6. Asked my Psych for some Vit D sups but she told me that was normal range and I didn't need it :yeshrug:
