I’m the opposite.
I feel great and happy after a workout!!!

But walking is not an active physical activity
Just do something more active, not passive
I had an gym membership from 2018 to March 2020 I've did strength training, did cardio, treadmill, stair stepper and stationary bike and that good stuff as well. Felt great afterwards too. But the thing is I usually feel great after long walks too so when I do feel sad after an long walk, I be like, why do I feel like this? :dwillhuh:





Yeah I know long walks doesn't count as "intense exercise" I just wanted to share that link before somebody quotes me on some meathead tip claiming "walking ain't intense exercise :mad: " :mjlol:

Many people who are Vitamin Deficient are meat eaters. I'm a vegetarian and don't deal with vitamin deficiency or depression. It's all about balance and proper intake if you eat meat, vegetarian or vegan.

Deficient in other vitamins. But not deficient in fat soluble vitamins. That's my point

My north east brehs got to learn the importance of sunlight and supplements when that daylight savings time hits. Learned about that shyt after my freshman year in college. No winter funks ever since. There are other tricks like sun lamps and shi but supplements and how to get them out ya foods too. Its key.
