I had an gym membership from 2018 to March 2020 I've did strength training, did cardio, treadmill, stair stepper and stationary bike and that good stuff as well. Felt great afterwards too. But the thing is I usually feel great after long walks too so when I do feel sad after an long walk, I be like, why do I feel like this?I’m the opposite.
I feel great and happy after a workout!!!
But walking is not an active physical activity
Just do something more active, not passive

Usually the opposite.Am I the only one time who ****sometimes**** feels depressed after extended physical activity? I once went on a long miles long walk and once I was finished overwhelming feeling of sadness came over me, IDK why.
