Look up Bioavailability of Vegan and Vegetarian alternatives with those vitamins. The vitamins in Plants/Vegetables have a lower bioavailability for Humans
For example look up Vitamin A you get from Animals (Retinol) vs What you get from plants (Beta Carotene)

My energy/overall health and vitamin intake is at its best as a vegetarian in comparison to when I was a meat eater. If meat was the key to being vitamin efficient all meat eaters would not be Vitamin deficient, which is not the case.
