But who said that's Kobe fault it went to court? Stephen A Smith said he talked to Kobe and said Kobe, his sisters and grandma are all shocked that his mom did this. His mom basically said, "You buy me THIS specific house, or i'm selling all your childhood shyt", except she gave no warning that she would sell his stuff. That's messed up, especially considering he was going to buy her another home, in addition to the 2 or 3 homes he already brought his parents.

it's already ugly. The thing is, his stuff that is being auctioned off is in the possession of the auction house. only way he can get his stuff back is through the courts. Once his mama decided to randomly sell his stuff without warning, that made the situation public. Nothing he can do to get his stuff back, except through the law.
