lol are you serious? Having gambling problems can be a serious debilitating condition. People go to see psychiatrist for their gambling problems, I don't think anyone wants to see their parent or parents turn into a gambling junkie. Giving them a blank check will just continue to enable them to continue to ask him for money. If Kobe's parents do have a gambling problem the worse thing possible would be to continuing to give them money. Gambling rushes is the same as a drug high.
