This is gonna run along "generation" lines........ I'm rockin with Beans but that's cause that part of the decade were my formative teen/early twenty years. I haven't listened really to Red's albums, but from the accolades Muddy Waters get from old heads I know Red can't be overlooked....

That's the issue though.

If you haven't listened to the albums yet, you should go throw those on and see. You need to be up on both catalogues to really say who's better. If you're only familiar with one dude's work, you gotta go dig and check out the other one.

I’d say red has my favorite album out of the 6 records we are comparing but beans has the better 3/6 so I voted for beans . This was a close call not really a wrong answer either way. Two different types of rappers but both ill at what they do .
