What's weird is that they see other bears and identify with them... But I guess seeing themselves is a whole other story. I once put my sisters dog to the mirror and she freaked out and ran away. Animals. I tell you.

I think their sense of smell is a big part of the shock. They say a bear can smell other animals/food from miles away. Imagine being on chill mode because you don't smell anything nearby then you come face to face with a mirror

Bears just fukking eat you, they don't go for the jugular like a big cat. They just eat whatever they can bite at the moment, that's a slow agonizing death
