I mean they kinda do the same thing. Makeup conceals blemishes/enhances a woman's looks. Beards conceal weak chins so the man doesn't look like a weak chin'd fakkit.

One is made artificially in a lab the other grows on your face naturally as you mature. They aren't close to similar, you sound like them bird brain thots
