Okay so call this for me then...were there or were there not other option with a higher probability of success that could have gotten Russ that last TD if that is all it was about?

NO!!...there was nothing with higher probability than giving the ball to Lynch.....even if with a QB sneak....Bevell and Lynch have been at odds before....so I dont see you would think this is not probable?.....

In all fairness if dude didn't make the play he did on that int it would have been a td.
But don't get me wrong, that was the fukking shyttiest thing they could have done in that situation. Lynch got fukked over. Hell if they HAD to pass give it to Matthews on a fade in the corner, he'd have been the MVP anyway.

Edit: this is gonna cause a shytload of problems for players wanting to play for coaches who make calls like this when they bust their ass all year to lose this way.

Whether you think there was an agenda or not, Lynch's unstoppable factor actually ended up being the reason they lost, in a sick way. He had just made the run to the 1 and everyone knew he was getting through, be it on 2nd, 3rd or 4th down. So they were like hey, lets try something else, we have a play or two to mess with and burn a few more seconds off here. If this doesnt work we'll just give it to Beastmode and win anyway

They werent even considering the possibility of a turnover. Seahawks confidence burned em in the end.

If you want Russ to be the hero why wouldn't you run a play action or a zone read or a fade...something with a higher probability of success FOR HIM (as well as a lower probability of ending the game) than a fukking slant into the teeth of the defense from the shotgun?

If you don't want Marshawn to score, why do you give him the ball on the first play?

In short, if there was a grand conspiracy to screw Marshawn and elevate Russ their execution was horrible and they took some pretty stupid risks.
