Does The Booth mess with this album? I don't see it talked about here at all.

It's not really like the previous Tribe albums, and there's something off about it that I can't place my finger on, but it's still dope. Anyone know what the reaction was like in 1996 when it came out?

I noticed that I wasn't feeling a lot of songs when I first heard them, and even now, only certain tracks stand out unlike Low End and Midnight, where pretty much everything was dope from the beginning.

1nce Again :blessed:

Baby Phife's Return :demonic:

Get a Hold :lawd:

Phony Rappers :whew:

The production :ahh:

Too much Consequence :whoa:

The subject matter on Crew :skip:

Tribe talking about always getting high at parties :pachaha:

Great album, but sampling laws handcuffed the producers. Same thing with Public Enemy's Bomb Squad.

Music was on point, so I can't complain.

I like the album a lot. It's too bad it's rarely talked about. I like the first 2 tracks and then the stretch of The Pressure all the way to Separate/Together. I think Mind Power is the most underrated track on here.

I loved the album, but like another poster mentioned, sampling laws robbed it of that well-known, jazzy Tribe feel. There were samples, but they were flangered/filtered to death.
