Seriously, yes. It's mostly genetics, but if you wanna give it a boost West African chicks will put you on game. Don't ever be buying that shyt from Western stores, get it from a West African, or the black beauty supply (such as Sally's). They'll sell it to you for dirt cheap. I wish I had a connect straight from West Africa (my mom is Ethiopian), but I got a Ghanian neighbor who sells it to me for like 3 dollars for a bar of African Black Soap. Basically what you gotta do is use the bar of African Black Soap day and night, use shea butter as a moisturizer and it'll clear up any dandruff, eczema, psoriasis, acne, hyper-pigmentation, etc.
