We have to keep working on being educated in every asspect in our lives, if we want to change things in this country. Being more educated puts us a head of all the dumbass who easily belives everything they hear, and see. Honestly racism is one of the biggest distractions that the elite love to use to keep us all down. I'm not saying racism isn't real, because it is. I wish everyone a part of the 99% would wake up, and realize how we are being used like fukking bytches.

Education is a gateway to higher thinking and better living but it isnt the end all be all. You know a lot of ethnic college graduates become c00ns to their respective cultures? Because the education system is built by whites for whites. Teachers go to school to learn to teach white kids. Counselors go to school and obtain licenses to counsel white people from counseling theories that where created by whites, for whites and largely tested and studies around white males, until women started getting involved and began counseling white women around what was largely taken from concepts of white males.

Certainly you can become a teacher and work in the inner city and teach ethnic children, but whos curriculum are you going to follow? How are you going to teach black history and other historical aspects to black children and mixed children plus the occasional hispanic or other ethnicity and a couple of white people? How is a mexican who came here and worked hard going to get a job as a teacher and teach hispanic history and cultural shyt to their respective students? They cant.

Sure you can alter certain lectures and chapters and provide input as to what really happened and what is really going on, but they cant be tested on it. You can go to school and major in black history and african american studies, etc. You can be an expert on hispanic heritage..but what the fukk are you going to do with the job? You can become a city councilman or legislator of a respective district but to the rest of the state you are going to be a rogue. Your going to be "the black mayor that only cares about the black people" etc

You can have the money, the business plan etc to want to have a black charter school, or open a counseling center that caters to the needs of your representative culture but guess where the grants and the funding are going to go? Guess how much support you are going to receive. You'll receive some but not as much, try obtaining nationwide support or form nationwide partnerships.

Im not saying its a waste, I am all for real cultural experts, doctors and professors, not white people that speak spanish, or have years of multicultural experience, same for black people real doctors and professors, not black people that work with hispanics because we understand what its like to be discriminated against or understand how to network to obtain or receive community resources.

The game is fukked up, the APA isnt going to grant licensure for african americans that want to utilize their own modality to assist other african americans and support the training and teaching of it to other practitioners.

I say for every year an ethic child in America has to go to school, they have to have another to teach them about the real world. I am all for knowing the truth, knowing yourself and atleast being able to pass that on so your not a full fledged c00n raising a full fledged c00n. But at the same time it's kind of c00ning to be perpetuated the cycle i.e...teaching white history to black kids, counseling individuals and black families based of white theories and modalities.
