Not necessarily, but think about it this way you been working on your job 5 years, and then they bring in a new worker without coaching experience, that skips over all of the red tape and barierrers 1st day on the job less experience, and you have a new boss. I doubt you would just sit around and taking that when your promotion had been years in the making.

Agreed I think Becky is destined to be a HC eventually, even if it isn't with the Spurs, but Tim is on that fastlane to success. He will also coach eventually if he wants to, but they may have to end up in to different places.
