I used to prefer sleeping in the park during the summer when I had them at my last place in Seattle.

Never really completely got rid of them and didn't want to buy much furniture or have people over because of it.

They're so small and can live off of one feeding for months so they'll go into hiding.

I would sleep with the lights on..stayed out of my place most of the time..was really on there to eat ,shyt, and shower.

I’m itching just reading this thread :scust:

BREH! This one of my fears of living in an apartment that has a history of these

So many apartments in cities are infested with them and I get anxiety just thinking about these shyts all over me :sadcam:

I'm a clean freak but that can't stop these shyts from getting in ya crib. Hoping I stay clear :to:

Youre already infested, but luckily not where you cant get rid of em real quick. It actually takes time for them to start spreading out out and shyt. The few that are there will stay in or around your bed cuz thats where the food is.
Throw your bedding, blankets and shyt in the dryer, spray your mattress and all that down with bedbug spray, then take anything out of your room you dont want bombed on, throw in a bug bomb, close the door and tape up the hinges.

Them shyts hard to get rid off. Bed bugs are mostly non existent in america. People usually get them from foreigners coming to the statea visiting family. Get rid of everything in the room. You miss one and you still got an infestation:francis:

I hate fleas and bed bugs. I have a bad allergic reaction to them which I found out about 10+ yrs ago when I had a kitten. Idk what it is about cats but they carry fleas worse than dogs. At the time, I thought I was having an eczema outbreak on my arms & legs. Come to find out it was flea bites.

You can easily end up with bed bugs when moving into a new house or simply off the moving trucks (they get into furniture).

I say the best way to get rid of bed bugs/fleas (they about the same) is before you move:

1. either spray or secure your furniture before hand
2. Clean or buy some bug traps or spray down the house/apartment before moving (including carpet)

3. If shyt is still bad then pull up the carpet (if shyt is really bad) or vaccum them (severe heat kills them)

If you get bed bugs/fleas when moving in it's either from cats/dogs or previous owners were nasty. Or in some cases if you're using a truck from a moving company.
