nikka, DC actually has some of the most best looking black women that prefer black men. infact I dont even see black women in DC dating white men.... if I do its usually a transplant/Migrant or someone that lives in a white area in the DM(usually NoVa) but its DEFINITELY not someone actually from DC or the black areas in the DMV.
When it comes to DMV black women....majority of them party and lounge with the same people they went to HBCU's with Morgan, Bowie,Howard,UMES, along with black students who went to College park, GW, American U.
