I've always said that black women may not date out as much as black men but they have an extreme thirst & weird obsession with the thought of dating out .

For instance on Facebook I've seen plenty of posts with black women going viral with pictures of BW/WM talking about "I'ma get me a white boy " but the thing is that most never do they just continue to thirst about the thought of it and that's when I learned that some black women have an obsession with interracial dating from an "outside looking in" scenario.

Most white women I've talked to about the oppression plight are open to listen to it and don't challenge me in my experience. My current girl is white and sort of woke. She is an educator and discusses that stuff with me.

I sometimes read the back of the “hood” novels about to read some of these ir novels so I can have a good laugh. Guess there really is a market for everything. Imo this also shows if we had a world without family and societal pressure of most trying to fit in IR probably would happen more than it does now. These books are made for women because I don’t think men have IR book clubs yet but they might be coming seeing how some dudes get down.

Matter of fact I was on Essence's Facebook page weeks ago and stumbled across a post about black women dating out & tips on how pursue.

Now there was one woman (an older woman at least early 40s) who I guess was being honest about the topic since she said that she'd like to date a white man, BUT the uncertainty of anything serious happening is what keeps her pursuing black men because she was confident in something serious down the line with us.

Some women got mad at her for being honest and tried to hit her with the "low self-esteem" shot but she didn't back down how she felt.

I dont associate with any women like that or know of any that are on that. If I did I would check that quick. Tbh, besides the social media stuff y’all post I would have little idea this is even a movement. It’s weird because irl, every bw I meet is just not into wm like that, it’s rare that I meet a bw that is. I’m not on social media. But it’s my belief that it’s a subgroup of bw that push for these unions, and they overcompensate because they know they have to go extra hard to convince the average bw to be interested in wm. Even with that being said, off social media, it really isn’t that common for bw to be that into wm. The attraction typically isn’t there for us, and vice versus.

Unfortunately I feel like these bw do have wm thinking we all want them now, because white men have been getting bolder. They approach a lot more bw now. When I was in North Dakota, the trump types and cow boy boot types approached me a lot—it was weird because they were overly aggressive, I’ve had experiences in Charlotte like this too.
