Likewise on the spice cabinet lol, love spice, and sauces etc. Its fascinating how small changes like that can influence and make more interesting results from some of the same raw material inputs. "Found" sumac a while ago.
Ive mentioned on here before about how I had to learn that for myself, and still learning! My folks, like most people, are comfortable/content with something always being familiar. Thats fine for them. But it's the unfamiliar that captivates me! Variety is truly the spice of life
