It has all the DLC, it's 1080p/60fps (online as well) and it'll be a lot more gameplay shared because of the PS4's features that weren't there on PS3.

GTA doesn't have better side missions.
Outside of Driving the Gameplay is not better in GTA.
The Hacking adds a whole new experience to the Genre never seen before.
Never mind the fact that this is the 1st iteration of WD and the 5th for GTA
