You talking about that market in downtown Lancaster or another one? I’m up there every other month, put me on to the one with this slappin lemonade y’all speak of.
Can't remember the name of the store but it was right next door to this spot called the Choo Choo Barn.
They make some good fried chicken, mash potatoes and biscuits too
I was reading about some spot called Millers that specializes in those foods. Definitely on the list for the next trip. If you have young children, I highly recommend the theme park Dutch Wonderland as well.

There's a small Amish or Mennonite community in Hawaii. I have no idea how they got here, but they got some young PAAmWGS

Was driving through Pennsylvania dropping my kids off at their Mothers house. We stopped at this Amish market. It was crazy

Furniture, food, and they were selling puppies as well.

They got Amish black people? But how? :mindblown:
They adopt them from women who give birth in prison.

That’s where the two on Return To Amish came from. The girl’s adoptive mother told her the birth family didn’t want her, but the birth mom said she tried to find her. There was a Latina girl on the show too who was adopted. She met her birth dad, and Latin family.

It’s real in the sense that they are actually from Amish communities, but some of them left before the show, and they were already living normal lives. They just make fake stories for the show.

In the first season, two of them acted like they just met, but were already together, and had a kid.

But the black ones who got adopted were the most interesting.

It was his first time getting a decent haircut.

They gave him the Boosie fade:mjlol:

But on him it just looks like the traditional fade of black men who love white women:mjlol:

If you're looking for somewhere to eat the next time your there I recommend Shady Maple Smorgasbord | Authentic PA Dutch Cooking | Lancaster County PA Its a buffet but the food is prepared really well and they have a huge variety. Its 30 minutes from Dutch Wonderland.

My Mom's family used to have family reunions at Dutch Wonderland. I think DW is only ok until you're 8 or 9 years old. After that we had the reunions at Knoebel's which is good until like 12 or 13. I liked Knoebel's a lot its was very fun, especially if you go out of peek, you can ride the rides over and over. I know the wrestler Mankind used to go there. After that we stopped having the reunions:mjcry:

I get the feeling they dont wash they hands:scust:
They have a sink there

Props for the recommendation. I agree regarding DW. Any kids past 9-10 years old are gonna be ready for Hershey Park. Never heard of Knoebels. We stayed at Eden Resorts when we were out there for a couple of nights. The room seemed a bit outdated but it was a nice experience overall. We also did a buggy ride where we had the opportunity to go to one of their farms. The driver even let my lil man grab the reins when coming back. Copped some strawberry jam but left those cloth dolls alone. Gave me voodoo vibes :lupe:
