I used Modelo Negra (black label) when I tried this and that shyt tasted amazing. The Negra has a carmel background taste and is the best beer on the market imo.

Yea bro I was beer searching and trying new shyt cause I was off the Raspberry Twisted Teas as my recreational 24oz. I like juice like drinks and I usually rock with certain things for a few months and then switch up. I went back to brews and had to find some exotic shyt. I seen somebody on TV mention Modelo being good, read the labels of the different kinds, noticed the black label mentioned caramel and that made me grab it off rip. Been off those for a few months now. The brew is dark brown and you can smell the caramel background and that shyt taste good asf and has a high quality flavor. shyt taste expensive lol.

Nah, it's the process that helped me out. I always dipped the meat in the egg then put it in the flour and that was wrong ASF. I had only tried it like 3 times but I quit after the texture always came out bad. This shyt here comes out golden brown. I been using it on fish fillets/Nuggets and chicken recently. This is my go to frying batter now.
