Men have to "Move" different than Women.
So many Females think there won't be any consequences for their actions.

It's one thing to "not protect" but it's another to literally just watch and do nothing.

If you're scared you'll be targeted, then walk away and call law enforcement or security to report what youre seeing. If a person is being attacked regardless of race or gender, if they are someone who doesn't deserve it(as opposed to someone who does like a nazi or Klan member) do literally something, anything other than just pretending nothing is happening and this is normal.

Do what you'd want others to do for you in that situation.
