Brehs and Brehettes, I know ya'll experienced managing or supervising CAC co-workers, one of the WOAT experiences ever
CACs are seriously threatened when they have a Black manager telling them what to do. They HATE to listen to a Black person in an authoritative position. It's almost like they are insulted

Job I used to have had that same experience. Constant shyt you'll hear like:
- "Oh you are doing it that way, but I thought that--"
- "I'm sure I'm good enough at this task, you don't have to train me anymore"
- "Oh you finish this task this way, but you didn't mention that before"
- "Why are we doing the task this way, I didn't do it at my previous job"
- "Yeah yeah I got it" *fukks up something at work*... "Hey man, how come you didn't help me when I messed up?"
One old CAC co-worker I was supervising kept bring up his old job that he was a great Plumbing supply salesmen and how he closed six figure contracts. I'll be "Cool, but that has nothing to do with this job
"
Everyday was like
