Brehs and Brehettes, I know ya'll experienced managing or supervising CAC co-workers, one of the WOAT experiences ever

CACs are seriously threatened when they have a Black manager telling them what to do. They HATE to listen to a Black person in an authoritative position. It's almost like they are insulted :pachaha: :russ:

Job I used to have had that same experience. Constant shyt you'll hear like:

- "Oh you are doing it that way, but I thought that--"
- "I'm sure I'm good enough at this task, you don't have to train me anymore"
- "Oh you finish this task this way, but you didn't mention that before"
- "Why are we doing the task this way, I didn't do it at my previous job"
- "Yeah yeah I got it" *fukks up something at work*... "Hey man, how come you didn't help me when I messed up?"

One old CAC co-worker I was supervising kept bring up his old job that he was a great Plumbing supply salesmen and how he closed six figure contracts. I'll be "Cool, but that has nothing to do with this job :unimpressed:"

Everyday was like :francis::mjlol::snoop:

Being decades younger than some cac but being in a higher position/ making far more money than them is a goat feeling :wow:

I bet they always say to you: "Yeah I could have done your job, but I just didn't want the extra responsibility"

The worst is when they try to be YOUR supervisor.

Also, WOAT is when you make an improvement or find a more efficient solution to something… they’ll steal your idea as their own.

Being a black supervisor sucks because your white superiors will use you up, if you’re good, but try to lock you into that position forever.

You’ll literally master your position and be stuck, Meanwhile, they’ll hire more CACs in better positions that become available rather than promote you.

Its kinda funny once you learn to navigate it. Some shyt just never changes - they think you're the first to see the bullshyt they try to get away with. That's the main thing you can count on honestly.

They stayed giving me the 'problematic employees' for a while at one place I was at. For them, it looked like a quick way to chip away at my management evals and create additional work for me.

But its like they never realize that those same people they pass around are looking for ways to get back at the ones who did them dirty first :dead: they didn't even realize how many layups that passed me.

There’s only one way to navigate it; Find what you’re looking for somewhere else.
