Stop it, i've seen a lot black muslims document similar experiences that south asian/arabs even ask if they were muslim while they are in the mosque or avoid praying next to them. Technically some muslims may know there is a large muslim population in Africa (most blacks in the western world are christian mind) but the muslim percentage in the motherland is not a fact that's lingering in their head every time they see a black person.
