You gonna cry to us or you gonna fight for your kids?

Either work it out and get back with the mother ( a SACRIFICE for your kids) or make her look crazy so you can get FULL custody.

That last line might sound depressing as hell right now, but I come from a broken home and have 2 young kids that don’t know who they grandfather is at all. Because he played it wrong and is so selfish to the point he not in they lives at all. I know it’s rough. But as they get older they will appreciate it if you are a good father.how old are your kids?
How did that happen if I may ask?

You literally can never do enough… You pay your child support, sign them up for sports, ALWAYS show up no excuses, take your kids to sporting events, amusement parks, buy the PS5, X Box, Nintendo Switch, Disney cruises, Disney Park vacations, keep them fresh… As soon as they get out of line and you correct them, they will look at you and tell you that they want to go back to their mom’s.

On Monday when they’re back at their mom’s, they calling you telling you more shyt that they want you to buy. On Mother’s Day it was, “ Dad, what are we getting mom for Mother’s Day?” I didn’t hear a peep about Father’s Day yesterday at all. We go to therapy and all of that, I have voluntarily taken parenting classes, and I read shyt on how to be a better father and still… You start to realize that your relationship with your seed is very contingent and conditional.

Just venting… I know y’all live in Wakanda and everything is perfect in your world but when homes are broken, the child that left with the mom, overtime isn’t the same child. They become the mom… You’re the bad guy and whatever happened surely was your fault.

People say, “ Bro, they will see shyt for what it is when they become an adult… YOU just make certain that you are doing the right thing.” What a depressing existence….
So sorry you are experiencing this.

Honest question: can you talk to her about altering the custody agreement? The guys in my family who are divorced literally have their kids 3-4 days a week; they have joint custody and were quite serious about fighting to ensure they had an equal amount of time with their kids.

I see their fathers’ influences in each of them because they are with them all the time.

You may have to put your foot down if she isn’t willing to let you have more days with your child.

If you aren't there to yell at them every day, everytime they screw up, teach them to have some common fukkin sense and endure their bullshyt mistakes there will be resentment from them surprisingly.

I was stretching on the floor and my son got up real fast and tripped.over a cord and almost kicked me on my damn face. I told him to watch himself.

He didn't give me a hug goodnight.

Bro ima tell you what to do....SUE THAT bytch. i have a BM too. Two years ago, before the panny, she tried to run away to Alabama with my daughter. I did not have any custody or paperwork at the time. I immediately sued her in court and now I have primary custody during the school year and she has every other weekend. During the summer, my daughter is with her mom and i see her every other weekend

It sort kinda helps that my BM is a complete bird and values traveling and going out over her kid. Its to the point my daughter called her mom a weekend mom to her face due to the lack of care and routine my daughter saw from her mom during the school year. You cant tell your kids youre the better option but you can show them way better

lotts brehs dont be proactive (not saying OP is), they just assume courts gonna hand em an L and just sit back and take whatever the BM hands out.
