For me it really varys. If have sleep and alot of food in my system then it'll take ALOT to get me outta there.

But I've never understood why it was such a brag-worthy thing to be a "heavyweight". Waste of money if you ask me.

I've had the exact opposite experience. Hitting the weights and doing cardio (can't skip out on the cardio, breh ) has dramatically increased my tolerance......I went from a lightweight to a light heavyweight.
