I'm small and look younger than my age and I've always had older men checking me out and approaching me. Some would be very disrespectful or follow me for blocks. Ish creeped me out so much, it made me very withdrawn and shy. I didn't even give dudes my age the time of day until my senior year of high school.

It's annoying when they stare at you forever knowing that you are trying to avoid eye contact. Then, when you do look at them they do some creepy nasty ish like

If we're talking stares, I'd have to be staring to notice a man staring at me. I eye contact almost everyone I walk past to, say what's up, be aware of my surroundings, etc. Then I keep it moving. The only folks I've ever noticed taking extended looks were women I was also attracted to.

Someone asked a while back but I didn't see any responses. How do you notice someone staring without staring back? And why are you staring at men you're not attracted to?

A guy I'm attracted to wouldn't be leering because by definition I wouldn't find him attractive if he did.

Attraction for me comes through eye contact so the "checking out" from a guy I find attractive wouldn't make me feel like a piece of meat.

I don't like disrespectful guys, and dirty old men. When I catch an older man staring at me they usually just speak that's courteous. You can't really control someone looking you, staring use to bother me because of my own issues but I mean I am use to it now. People always stare but rarely approach I just shrug it off.
