I've been shaving since 13/14. I have a meticulous regimen to keep razor bumps away. But in the summer months, with sweat pouring and drying(and blocking pores)....I get stray ingrown hairs.
It seems that a person with a full beard would have problems with irritation in the hot months.

Keep it moisturizer and you’ll be good. I had that ingrown hair problem too until I learned how to properly take care of a beard. I haven’t had bumps or nothing like that in a couple years now.

That's true. If you can't grow a beard or your shyt come in weak but you have a nice jawline or facial structure is on point then rock that shyt.

But if you got a potato Rolly Polly Olly ass face and can't grow one well or at all then you better start taking them arthritis pills that help with hair growth and get your James Harden on.

But if you like me and you got both you can eat either way.

I personally prefer a beard because mine grows in so well and I girls like me better with one for the most part. Plus you got more style options for your hair. Only a hating ass nikka would hate on brehs with beards.

I gave the fukk up on my shyt. I was spending too much on trying to fight breakage and moisturizing the shyt out of my bread. Too hot for this shyt so I'll opt in for regrowing this shyt in fall/winter.

Feels nice to have that smoothness again though.

Cacscience breh. I washed my shyt everyday and always washed my hands. These studies had to be done on white hippies.

I just keep a permanent stubble/5o’clock shadow cause then I don’t get 5 o’clock shadow.

I definitely look better without the full beard, and it’s annoys the hell out of me.

But lol@brehs equating beards with masculinity. If Indian brehs can do it, it’s not because it’s masculine. A lotta of recessive and feminine jaw brehs are gonna be exposed when beards go out of style or they need to shave. If your face looks masculine without a beard, your face is masculine

Beards will never go complete out of style, especially for black men my g.

baldie and a moustache clean shaven always then let it grow out till it becomes a beard and a little level 1 or 2 on my head then i shave it all off again until its a baldie and moustache. i havent changed my style in over 15 years.
