Depends. If your goal in life is to work to fulfill other folk's dreams & make them rich, cool. Like I said earlier, I believe most majors are nothing more than training for a job. And the cost is ridiculous.
My financial goals included buildin' collective wealth. Outside of a few majors, I'm not sure how you get that from a formal education. The value in my degree is that I also learned how to interpret financial statements, and I use that for investment purposes.
If I had it to do over and was goin' the school route, I'd major in entrepreneurialism, economics or finance. If I was interested in another trade, I'd couple one of those with whatever major.
But I'd probably skip college, obtain a needed skill and study entrepreneurialism & investment independently.
