People always looking for a cheat code. It's staring right at them. You learn Math and are great at it, you can skate through life much easier than everyone else

Just looking at it from a career perspective
- You can get into a STEM career
- You can get into a Skilled Trade
- You can get into Finance
- As a Teacher, being a Math or Physics Teacher is always the most sought after for employment

Other reasons
- You can see patterns better than most, and predict things easier
- You'll be a better investor in the Stock Market
- You'll be a better investor in Real Estate, Forex, etc etc
- You'll be more logical

Without Math, everything in life would be an uphill battle. And it's never too late to learn it

I think either you’re born with the math gene or not.

If you weren’t born with it you can practice until the cows come home and get somewhat decent but if they change just 1 variable you start sweating bullets.
:lupe:

Put another way, no amount of basketball practice is gonna put you Lebrons level.

It's not a gene. If your parents was teaching you math from the age 0-6 years old you will be good for life. But most families teaching their kids how to be entertainers or sports players :mjpls:

I'm really good in Math. Maybe it has helped me, more on a daily basis and with poker odds.

I can tell if 35% off of a 150$ item is a better deal the 25% of a 120$ item. 60$ vs 70$.
Or when buying 100oz of detergent for 12$ is better than buy 60oz for 7$.

But you're wrong with investments. Trends don't really predict the market precisely. The market repeats itself, but math can't predict when.
