Lives in suburbs, Gets along fine with my neighbors, don't hear loud music, don't see ten nikkas hanging out, don't smell marijuana, don't hear gunshots, police sirens. Property value always going up.

Remodel a crib and propery value went up 10k in hood move to suburbs and property value doubles when market is up and when more high value neighborhoods / buildings go up and it is a sought out area to be in.. Also kids have better schooling, therefor s better future and can go outside and play and have a better quality of life.. That's the difference... And there are much more benefits...

It's not that, but one thing I can say is that living hood rich will make you a target. Yeah, you're able to afford some things but that's makes you more of a target for your house to get broken into. You can't have a nice TV without someone trying to run up in your crib to take your stuff. You can't ride in a nice car because someone may try to jack you. And since your car may be the nicest in the neighborhood that makes you stand out even more.
