One of my great pleasures is going to DR for Xmas/New Years and roasting up a whole pig.

You can buy one for like $100-125 (depending on how big it is) and they'll season and cook it for you.
It's all done old school, so they have it on this like..rotisserie and cook it manually....meaning...a guy actually has to spin the pole for 10, 12 hours (or however long it takes) over the fire.

That crunchy skin....almost better than sex, breh.

I'm not religious and not apart of any denomination but I stopped eating land mammals back in February. I eat fish only and may even stop but Ive seen major health benefits from cutting back from chicken pork and beef. Eat diseased steroid animals brehs.
