Gotta go with face over physique and height thb.... but to me once your over a certain height ....say 5'10 then height so t matter as much.

The best example would be great songs and Odell Beckham no homo. Neither are super tall but I would bet my last dollar they would scoop more broads in a club than Lebron James or a super cut nikka like dez Bryant or Adrian Peterson. If its for health reason, I totally understand and get it.


But cosmetically, nah being ripped or in shape at 50 (my aunt is 54 and legit could pass for 34, and she doesn't work out at all) makes you the best looking old person physically around. Anyone younger is gonna come through and kill all the attention you getting.

At 50 I truly hope that looks are the last thing on my mind. Working out feels great, and does wonders for my mental. But damn if I'm trying to be the ripped or swole old dude in the gym for cosmetic reasons
