In fairness I've said this myself as recently as yesterday. Everytime I look around somebody out here saying they tutoring the youth when a pro black discussion comes up. It could be true its just weird compared to how many most of us probably know IRL that this place seems to have them in abundance. If they are cool but the numbers of cats doing it and the timing of when it comes up is suspicious.
So what do you expect pro-black people to be doing for their communities? NOT helping the children? Any answer that people give will never be good enough.
