Not quite, because you know people are gonna want to see how you act now that you're off probation. As soon as you do something, they'll be right there Just ease into it, you'll be alright.

He mean his probationary period after hiring. Usually 3 months. Till that time is up employers can more or less do whatever they want to. Fire without any cause, etc.

No doubt. But as long as u ont fukk up, ur pretty much good after probation. Now my goal is to stack vacation time. At my old job I left that bitc with over 300 hrs and they had to cut me a check for that shyt. Talk about
