Learned the hard way after my job fallout from Macy's
I'm dealing with the same shyt with my current gig. My boss is cool but it's commission sales so low-key he doesn't want me to steal his thunder in productivity, giving me shifts when business is generally slow yet I'm still doing OK. He's Puerto Rican with black baby mama drama so he tries to be slick with trying to drop the N word while I'm around on some "all my friends said it when I was growing up because I was accepted in this hood and this set blah blah blah" .
Even with my early success with other stores raving about me and getting two job praises from customers from yelp in the same day ( the store went over a year without a good review before me) , he's now trying to derail my success.
Hiring a chick you admitted you did so because she looked good in her interview but turned out to be
. Just some ratchet white whale that thinks she's god's gift to black guys but she doesn't even have her G.E.D. 
(that's just the tip of the iceberg) Why was she hired again? Her numbers suck but the Director of Sales in corporate obviously got a thing for the bytch still giving her special privileges 
The job itself isn't that bad . I work in one of the wealthiest suburbs in CA and the people for the most part are pretty chill. Just getting tired of "The Good 'Ol Boy" network I gotta deal with before I land a government job before the end of the year
