It depends where you're at in Memphis. Like when I was going to the Univ of Memphis and now working this part-time job at the post office it's(Elise Neal) .

Other places are nothing but thick big booty hoodrats(K Michelle). But these hoodrats are very easy to smash.

Your missing out on a prime opportunity to be the "man"at your job

When the women fukk with you and the OG's respect you, everything falls in place like dominoes..Even management thinks twice if they try to fukk with you...

There are at least 1 or 2 women there who are ambitious and want to move up..Those are the ones you make sure you fukk with...Encourage them and tell them you want to see them succeed..This pays off later...They will ride for you just off that...

I dont know much about the rural carrier side, but i would assume because men are more about the city life..I would hate sitting in a truck just driving in basic wilderness with no action...Women wouldnt seem to mind..But i want to see some sort of "excitement"..Even as a city carrier, the least hoodest routes tend to "bore"me...

And the city carrier job can get some serious ot

1.Im in the same situation myself..I genuinely care so my actions and words wont come off as fake..When you give them the impression that you feel that a win for her is a win for you, they will always keep you in high regard..USPS is all physiology and politics...When you can get the ear of management and employees, thats a strong quality to have...
