In a sense, but this has more to do with the rh negative/positive factor in blood.
Whits were wondering why they were having trouble having kids. So they started testing blood because their own blood was killing their babies.
Turns out, Everybody on the planet (like 85% which happened to be non white) is rhesus monkey positive because our DNA is similar to primates.
Whites DNA is similar to primates as well so it didn't make sense. More test revealed...
The only people (15%) of the Earths population that are rhesus negative were whites with European descent. Their blood would clump up when mixed with rh positive blood.
It was later found that rabbits blood would not clump up European rh negative blood. As of today, we do not know why European and rabbits have semi compatibility with their blood.
