Got away with cheating so many times ever since the obviously rigged "tuck rule" nonsense. Carried by Brady
He's an average evaluator of offensive talent. He has drafted well on defense but he just can't draft offense well. I always tell people that if he thought Brady would be Brady, he doesn't let him fall that far.
And if you look at guys like Gronk and Hernandez, they were top picks that fell due to injury and character issues. He's never drafted an elite offensive difference-maker in the first round.
