I thought stickies had two functions...to keep popular threads at the top so they are easy to find and to showcase threads that may be an interest to ppl that they would miss otherwise.
I mean there are 0-4 hip hop releases a week, so I don't get the "why does every thread need a sticky"

i sticky some underground rls's, the Masta Killa was me. and there will be a guy on the 27th called L'Orange that id like to give some shine to. i try to stay current, but admittedly im a bit behind on some acts. so just @ me and if the thread has traction it'll get its stick for the week
next week lookin dry as hell, but there are 3 releases at least on the 27th that i have to sticky
