The primary people holding us back will always be our own - Those who are brainwashed and enlisted by the CAC elite to do their bidding...

I have faced the MOST discrimination from other Black Men and Women IN ADDITION to the CACs I've had to deal with.

The reality is in companies I've worked at the LESS Black people were there the BETTER it was... nikkas used to talk shyt behind my back about if I left at a certain time or didn't participate in a certain project, nitpicking more than my got damn direct sup.

I'm like nikka you trying to wipe my a$$hole or some shyt get the fukk out my presence with that Massa BS.

Used to have this CAC who was my boss's boss and would give me dumb worthless shyt to do "busy work" and half the time I wasn't really trying to do that mess. The c00ns used to hit me with that look " " like they were telling me stop resisting and obey orders.

fukk that, after a while I understood that they couldn't run shyt effectively without me so I was like give that shyt to the new CAC or do it yourself . Eventually they gave it to the new CAC he was glad to lick big boss's toes and shyt.

Then they wonder why I left. A lot of times I feel the more Black people in the company sometimes the more racism. I don't know why it is but it's the truth. There was a lot of attitude at the places where we were represented more - Compared to the companies where I was the only Black guy on the team or even in the department.

A lot of companies I'm tired of seeing all CAC faces but then I realize it's probably unfortunately better that way. They actually treat nikkas better sometimes when there is only one of you. Maybe it's because they don't feel "overwhelmed" or you're not a "threat" to their career alone or not gonna form some kind of brigade/coup against them.
