What's the issue? Common people pay 35% right now and corporations pay basically 5-10%. 15-20% flat means common people pay less, corporations pay more, and wealth investors don't get ahead with the 15% only dividend tax. It won't work cuz the U.S. Corp rate would still be bigger than overseas.

We should not all be paying the same % that is crazy to me we should reform the tax code for corporations and the rich but common people should pay alot less.

I can see the arguments against a flat tax rate, but what's wrong with a hard tax rate and kill the loopholes? Just adjust the tax rate to something fair across the board based on income.

I can get behind cutting dividend taxes that is straight up double taxation.
