Everyone knows he's just a conservative think tank con man who doesn't actually give a fukk about facts and logic. He repeats talking points hes fed and spits them out like a robot towards young people who are still learning critical thinking skills.

Hes wrong on pretty much everything because his job isn't to be right, it's to make a spectacle and to give an intellectual patina on what is a worldview based on greed and intolerance.

Understandable but I think it's important that the left promotes, logic, rhetoric, and composure moving forward. You check the scoreboard in America and the Republicans are currently winning by a long shot and slated to win even more. They have gridlock in the Senate, they have the SCOUTUS, they could soon have the House, and the presidency once again. That not even counting what they are doing at the state level. We are losing because people like Shapiro are being seen as the logical and composed individuals in front of fence-sitters, apolitical people, those most likely to partake in the voting process, and as you mentioned people lacking critical thinking that could easily come across his content through a youtube algorithm and see the guy in the OP acting out while Shapiro remains calm. I'm saying that if the left begins promoting their arguments in concise and logical manner all you can be met with is the right acting like fools, unable to form arguments that hold in retort.

I provided what should have been the argument in my initial post. And people like Shapiro takes these interactions and push it to the people most likely to vote, they take these irrelevant issues and enact policy. We are coming off of a Trump presidency and heading into the midterms with Republicans expecting to come out better than Dems, and possibly another Trump presidency. And this is all off the back of hysteria based on irrelevant matters. It's very important that we improve representation moving forward.

We are going to have to agree to disagree, you see the culture war shyt as meaningless, I see it as one of the most important factors contributing to the rise of political participation by idiots that are actually enacting policy. Also, I'm not suggesting we change the mind of Shapiro loyalists, it isn't about them or Shapiro, it's about people on the fence, apolitical people, and similar groups that will come across the video, lacking in critical thinking, and see a man acting out while the other remains reserved and responds in a seemingly "logical" manner.
