I think he will be an all star player....it's hard to compare a guy to an all time top 20 player....I don't know if he will ever be that good....But he is far and above the #1 pick of this draft and you take him irregardless of fit.

Ben is to talented I believe to be a bust in the form of a Kwame Brown type pick. He may not get to superstar status but at the worst an Odom like career of being a 15-17 ppg scorer with 10 boards and 4 or 5 assists type of career awaits him. The lack of a J is a concern of course but the kid is still a baby and Odom didn't have much of a jumper either when he came into the league. Ben will get better with the shot as I bet that is the main thing they will work on in getting him ready for the draft.

why the fukk did simmons bother going to college then except for the attention and ESPN headlines? dude should've sat out a year and just trained or went the jennings/mudiay route? from what you're saying, it doesn't seem like he cared to be in school at all.
He wont be a bust, the best situations for him would be the Celtics, Lakers or Suns, they have the shooting he needs around him.
