Yeah I’m looking through the CBA and I’m not sure this was the best play for Ben. They don’t have to pay if they suspend him indefinitely for conduct detrimental. Maybe I misread it

Harden always partied and is out of shape right now hence why he hasn’t won shyt. And I don’t recall him outright saying his teammates were trash. He said he did all he can and it was time to move on. Don’t get me wrong Harden handled that less than ideal but comparing him to Simmons is not close. He never did this bytch shyt of saying he would never play for the sixers again, Embiid ruins my style, etc. He, his management, and the sixers have completely botched this. They should have all come to an agreement of sitting him out until a trade happens like normally in this situation

Harden on Rockets' situation: 'Crazy,' not fixable

He straight up said the team isn’t talented enough to compete. He was basically acting like Simmons but that didn’t work. He eventually showed up to avoid the fines and played but there were reports of him acting up in practice too. Remember the rockets sent Harden home too because he was pissing people off too. Difference is they didn’t suspend him just told him to stay home until they figure out a trade. Harden is a much better player than Simmons though so way more trade options. Many teams don’t want to give up shyt for a player with Simmons ego who isn’t talented enough to match that ego yet.
